Steps
- Click the support widget in the bottom right corner of any screen.
- Search the help articles for an instant answer, or send us a message. If you're signed in, we already know who you are, so just describe the issue.

- You can also click your avatar in the top right corner and choose Help to open the full help center in a new tab.
- Include the course name, team name, or certificate number when relevant. It helps us resolve things faster.
