Create a Course Bundle

Build a custom bundle of courses for your team, perfect for new hire orientations or recurring training packages you assign again and again.

Prerequisites

• You must be a Manager on the team.
• Your team needs an active subscription. Without one, the Bundles page shows a Subscribe button instead.

Steps

1. Click Bundles in the top navigation (Manage view).
2. Click Create Bundle.
3. Enter a Bundle name and a Description. Add Details & eligibility if you want to include extra guidance.
4. Select the courses to include.
5. Click Save Changes.

You land on the bundle's Assignments page, ready to assign it to team members.

Next Steps / Troubleshooting

• Shortcut. While assigning courses from the Members page, check Save this as a bundle on the Pick courses tab and name it. The bundle is created as part of the assignment.
• Custom team bundles have unlimited seats, so assign them as often as you need.
• To change a bundle later, click Edit next to it on the Bundles page. Deleting a bundle doesn't remove completed coursework from anyone's record.
