Resume a Paused Course
You can only progress through one course at a time. Starting a different course pauses the first one, and nothing is lost. Here's how to pick up where you left off.
Steps
- Click Activity in the top navigation.
- Find the course in the In Progress section and click it. You can also open the course's page directly.
- If you see the "Paused" screen, click Resume Course.
You're back at the exact slide where you stopped.
Next Steps / Troubleshooting
- Resuming one course pauses whichever course was active. Switching back and forth is fine, and progress is kept for both.
- If the course page shows "Subscription ended", your team's subscription has lapsed. Ask your manager, or click View Subscription if you manage the team.
