Subscribe to a Team Plan

A team subscription gives your whole roster unlimited access to the full course library, plus team tools like custom bundles and training session logging.

Prerequisites

• You must be a Manager on the team.

Steps

1. Click Subscription in the top navigation (Manage view), or click any Subscribe button in the app.
2. Review your seat counts. The Standard Team plan bills monthly per seat, with separate rates for Administrator seats (certified members who receive administrator certificates with approval codes) and Staff seats.
3. Complete checkout on our secure payment page.

You're returned to the app with your subscription active, and everyone on your team can start courses right away.

Next Steps / Troubleshooting

• The Standard Team plan is a 12-month subscription, billed monthly.
• Seat counts follow your roster. Each member's rate depends on their certification level, which you can change any time from their Team Membership page.
• On an older Legacy Single Admin plan? Open Subscription and click Upgrade to Team plan to unlock team invitations. Billing continues uninterrupted and your current invoice is prorated.
