Viewing Teams You Belong To
Your account can belong to more than one facility. The Teams page in your settings lists every team you are part of and shows the role you hold on each one.
Open the Teams page
- Click your profile picture in the top right corner.
- Choose Settings.
- Choose Teams from the menu on the left.
What the page shows
Each team you belong to appears as a row with the facility name and two details underneath it.
Your role controls what you can do inside the team.
| Role | What it allows |
| Manager | Full access to members, team settings, and billing |
| Supervisor | Full access to members and team settings, but not billing |
| Member | Can see the list of team members |
Your level controls the certificates you receive.
| Level | What is means |
| Administrator | Your certificates carry a verified state approval code |
| Support Staff | You take the same training without an approval code |
A Current badge marks the team you are working in right now. Your certificates, assigned training, and the courses you can start all follow your current team. To work in a different team, pick it from the team menu next to the logo at the top of the page.
Changing your role or level
You cannot change your own role or level from this page. Ask a manager or supervisor on the team to update it for you. They can do this from the team's member list.
Joining another team
Teams are joined by invitation. A manager or supervisor sends you an invitation by email, and the link in that email adds you to their team. There is no way to request to join a team from the Teams page.
If you run your own facility, you can set up a team yourself. See Creating a new team.
