Create a New Team

Manage more than one facility? Create a separate team for each one and switch between them in one click.

Steps

1. Click the team name button at the top of the screen to open the team switcher.
2. Click New team at the bottom of the menu.
3. Enter a Team Name.
4. Choose a Team Type. Options are Adult Residential Facility (ARF), Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE), Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP), Group Home (GH), and Unaffiliated.
5. Click Save Changes.

You land on the new team's Members page as its Manager.

Next Steps / Troubleshooting

• Subscriptions are per team. Your new team needs its own subscription before you can invite users, even if your other facility already subscribes. See Subscribe to a Team Plan.
• Once subscribed, add your staff from the Invitations page. See Invite Team Members.
• Use the team switcher at the top of the screen to move between your facilities. See Switch Between Teams.
